About Flow/Movement
Flow/Movement are guided movement-sessions designed as an invitation to connect—with your body, your breath, and your heart. Together, we’ll explore gentle shifting, deep breathing, occasional little shakes, and the freedom to move however feels right. My aim is to guide each session from a place of invitation; each movement is simply a playful suggestion, an opportunity explore with curiosity, to notice, and to allow yourself to be fully present—without expectation or pressure.
Flow/Movement is designed to support the body’s natural capacity to heal, to awaken mobility, and to deepen somatic awareness. It offers a gentle way to keep moving on a rest day, to restore after a long day, or simply to enjoy the pleasure of movement. Accessible to all, regardless of experience or fitness, these sessions can even be joined from a chair!

1:1 (online) sessions
During a 1:1 session, I will guide you through a Flow/Movement practice with space for personalised guidance, feedback, and coaching. Together, we will shape the session to suit your goals, desires, and needs, and I will do my best to tailor it specifically for you.
Sessions take place via video call and last approximately 45 minutes, of which the first 5-10 minutes of each session will be a check-in consolation to align with your needs at the time. The contribution is €25 per session (sliding scale available upon request — please don’t hesitate to reach out if this would be helpful).
1:1 sessions can be booked in packages of 3, 5 or 10 sessions only. You can try a single trial session first to see if it’s the right fit for you!

Online Group sessions
Online Flow/Movement sessions happen every Monday at 20:00 CET, and are a way to participate in a movement session from the comfort of your own home. If you would like to take part, send me an email and I will provide all the details you need to join.
Online sessions are approximately 30 minutes long, and the contribution is €5.
