Een energetische massage is een intuïtieve en holistische behandeling waarbij het hele lichaam wordt benaderd – fysiek, mentaal, emotioneel en energetisch. Tijdens de massage ontstaat ruimte om volledig te ontspannen, spanning los te laten en blokkades op een diepere laag te verzachten of op te heffen. Ook datgene waar we ons misschien niet eens meer bewust van zijn, mag in beweging komen.
Mijn werkwijze is intuïtief en afgestemd op wat jij op dat moment nodig hebt. Vooraf nemen we kort de tijd om samen af te stemmen op jouw behoefte of intentie. Daarna mag je landen, ontspannen en simpelweg zijn.
In de behandeling combineer ik verschillende massage-technieken met drukpunten, vloeiende effleurages, momenten van stilte en space holding. Aanwezigheid, intentie, intuïtie en zachtheid staan centraal. Vanuit rust en volledige aandacht ontstaat ruimte voor ontspanning, bewustwording en het natuurlijk herstellend vermogen van het lichaam.

An energetic massage is an intuitive and holistic treatment that approaches the entire body – physically, mentally, emotionally, and energetically. During the massage, space is created to fully relax, release tension, and soften or remove blockages at a deeper level. Even that which we may no longer be aware of is allowed to come into motion.
My approach is intuitive and tailored to what you need at that moment. Beforehand, we take a brief time to attune together to your needs or intentions. Then, you are allowed to settle, relax, and simply be.
In the treatment, I combine various massage techniques with pressure points, flowing effleurages, moments of silence, and space holding. Presence, intention, intuition, and gentleness are central. From a place of tranquility and full attention, space is created for relaxation, awareness, and the body's natural restorative capacity.
